There are balconies on the first and second floors overlooking the sea. In the private backyard, where you have great sea views just from ground level, there is a private swimming pool with terraces and a pergula area to barbecue with the whole family.

With lots of tourist attractions around, among which the famous Botanical Gardens,  Summer Palace and seaside promenade just on walking distance from the villa and Family Resort Albena on a 8 minute drive, you’re bound to have a wonderful holiday with your whole family in one big villa.

Villa Dionysus

The 3-storey Villa Dionysus is located in the quiet villa area "Ovcharovski Beach" on the outskirts of Balchik, surrounded by nature and with magnificent seaviews. The newly renovated villa has 5 bedrooms (one of which is a double sized), 5 bathrooms (3 en-suite), a huge living room with open kitchen and 3 spacious balconies with breathtaking views of the sea and mountainous area. The villa can sleep up to 16 guests. All rooms are air-conditioned for both cooling as well as heating. Outside there is a beautiful natural stone terrace under a pergola and in the large garden there is a 3.6-meter round swimming pool, stone BBQ and trampoline for the children so the whole familiy can enjoy.

Kleiner Harzensfreund

Appartment Kleiner Harzensfreund is located on the main street in the center of Sankt Andreasberg, the highest city in the German Harz mountains.

This newly renovated and state-of-the-art private apartment for 2-4 persons is located on the ground floor. The apartment has a combined living room/bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and a double sleeping sofa (140 cm wide) and is equipped with a 46-inch LED TV with a retro gaming console. Next to the living room is a separate dining area for 4, with a cozy coffee/tea bar. To the back is the fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, dishwasher and oven. Next to the kitchen is the half-open bathroom with shower and sink. From the living room there is also a hallway with wardrobe, closet and ski storage, and at the end is a separate toilet (with sink).

Grosser Harzensfreund

Appartment Grosser Harzensfreund, which is suited for up to 13 people, is located on the main street in the center of Sankt Andreasberg, the highest city in the German Harz mountains with -according to Bergfex- the highest rated ski facilities in Germany (Matthias-Schmidt-Berg with 4,6/5 stars). All needed facilities, such as 2 bakeries, shops, a supermarket, ski-rentals, restaurants and bars are just meters away.

This big apartment has 4 bedrooms, a secondary living-room that doubles as a 5th bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a main living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room with bar and a playroom for the kids.

Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the view from the balcony is superb and it has, as advertised, a xbox and a fusball table. I strongly recommend this place if you want to spend some time in Balchik

The location of the hut is beautiful, quiet and a great starting point for many walks and hikes. It was also great that we could bring our dog with us. He especially liked the small size, so we were always together 🙂

The little house is well located on hiking trails and beautiful destinations in the Harz Mountains. It is particularly recommended for courageous people to explore the area with an e-mountain bike. The garden with the small terrace on the slope offers a very nice seating area, with a view of the mountains in the mostly beautiful sunshine. Communication with Roel was always very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much.
